# Vision & Mission

Our experience in Web2 gaming has given us unique insights into the challenges facing the industry, and we believe Web3 technologies offer innovative solutions to these longstanding issues.

**Gamers** often find that their *social interactions and collaborative achievements lack proper recognition and value attribution*, especially in contrast to individual achievements and their financial contributions.

Furthermore, gamers don't own or control their gaming data and history, leaving them at the mercy of centralized platforms that benefit more from their time and effort than the gamers themselves.

**Builders**, on the other hand, face extreme platform dependency in discovering and reaching engaged gamer groups. These platforms not only act as app distributors but also as performance marketing channels, creating monopolistic environments that drive up middleman and advertising costs.

These *high costs lead to intrusive in-game ads and an overemphasis on paid features*, often shifting focus away from fun, creativity, and social experiences in favor of efficiency and immediate revenue.

As a large gaming studio with a decade of experience in mobile gaming, we’ve seen these challenges firsthand. Our motivation to explore Web3 comes from its potential to address these core issues.

* Create more **transparent and fair systems** that recognize and reward social gameplay and collaborative achievements.
* Provide gamers with **greater agency** over their gaming identities, accomplishments, and in-game data across multiple platforms.
* Enable more **direct and efficient connections** between developers and engaged gamer groups, fostering community-driven game ecosystems.

Ultimately, we aim to *shift the focus back to creating fun, creative, and socially rewarding gaming experiences*. With Web3, we can build an ecosystem that balances the joy of social gaming with fair recognition and rewards, benefiting both gamers and builders. This approach allows us to address the core issues of the gaming industry while maintaining our commitment to innovation and gamer-centric design, delivering Web3 games that are not only rewarding but also fun and accessible to a broad audience.
